Frankie Flats is made up of a dedicated team of experienced professionals providing the best service to Santa Fe's bicycling community. The principals of Frankie Flats have the unique skills and experiences to lead our team in demonstrating the Frankie Flats Philosophy.
Our Philosophy centers around the themes of service, pride and timeliness. To every customer we have the honor of serving, we promise the best customer service from our staff of professionals. We're not your typical bicycle shop. Our attitude is positive and focused only on the customer. No matter what your bicycle skill level, at Frankie Flats we'll treat you with care and respect. We take pride in all our work and strive for perfection, so much so that we guarantee your satisfaction. Not only do we strive for perfection, we're also timely with our services. We understand that you want to ride and don't want to wait weeks to get your bike serviced. We won't make you wait at Frankie Flats. We have a three day max turnaround, and promise to get you back on the trail or road with a perfectly serviced bike in the quickest time possible.

Frank Sotomayor - El Capitan
Frank is a co-owner and the General Manager of the shop. He has six years of experience as a mechanic and store manager, most recently as service manager of another local bicycle shop. Frank has certifications from Barnetts Bicycle Institute and Sram Technical University, and is a graduate of Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia with a BS in Sports Management.
